So last week I started playing with some raw crystal beads and started a few new pieces. They are a little different from my usual styles, but I'm loving the results so far. These two are MINE! ... I often make new things with myself in mind first, asking myself, would I wear these?? So then I form an emotional attachment, and can't bear the thought of selling them. This, obviously, is a problem as an artist. I tend to form a lot of emotional attachments to my work. I guess I need to get over that if I ever want to be successful!
However, I will be adding two new Ice Queen necklaces to my Etsy shop later
today, and the Oil Slick necklaces will be
coming soon, but I need a few more supplies and a good day to take photos before they will be ready. I will also be adding lots of new earrings which I am very excited about! (And yes, I may have kept one or two of those for my own personal collection too...)
Which is your favourite, the Ice Queen necklace in the left, or the Oil Slick one on the right??
